Mid Day Meal Scheme gets a new Nodal Officer

In super cession of all previous orders in this regard, the Governor is pleased to designate Shri W. Chandrakumar Singh, Administrative Officer (A.O) of the Directorate of Education (S) as Nodal Officer for the implementation of the Mid Day Meal Scheme in Manipur (both hill and valley) with immediate effect and until further orders.
